DRYX MIX-OFF MATERIAL

DryX™ — HIGH-DENSITY WOOD FIBRE ALTERNATIVE TO SAWDUST.

DryX is a kiln-dried clean wood fibre compressed from 150 kg/m³ to 700+ kg/m³. A single end dump load replaces roughly three walking-floor loads of conventional sawdust, reducing both transport and landfill disposal costs.

KEY BENEFITS

Rapid Hydration – Clean, bark-free particles rehydrate quickly making it ideal for mix-off (uphole) and fluid loss control (down-hole). 

Binder-Free Composition – No added chemicals or binding agents, meaning no issues at the landfill.  

Load Friendly – High density means maximum product in every load, reducing overall loads, and enabling cost-effective hauls. 

Weather-Resistant Packaging – For Remote, wet or extended usage locations, totes are used for hauling and storage.

DryX offers a compact, chemical-free alternative for stabilizing cuttings and managing fluid loss while supporting safer, more efficient well-site operations.
